Hello!
We are North Dorset sub aqua club and actively enjoy exploring the underwater world of our Jurassic coastline. We welcome already qualified divers from all agencies and those looking to learn to dive . Non-diving partners are welcome to pool nights and many social events.
With around 40 members of mixed age and ability we are a small friendly bunch who dive locally but also venture away to other destinations both in the UK and overseas. Members interests vary from marine life and photography to deep wrecks and some technical diving.
Each year we take a small number of novices to complete the BSAC Ocean diver training and the opportunity to continue to higher levels and specialist qualifications. Although the club does not own its own boat we have excellent access and relationships with the local dive skippers out of Poole, Swanage & Weymouth and we often venture down to Chesil cove, Portland for shore dives.
You will find us every Thursday until September - weather willing - down at the coast. Find out where on our public FB page.
Our dive club was founded in 1977 to bring together divers of all levels and interests to organise dives and social events with friends and family. This is your opportunity to meet new friends with similar interests. We are always happy to welcome new members to the club.
Drop in and see us - we would love to meet you!
